Hi! My name is Mariebeth M., and I’m a Hilton fan. From the variety of brands, amazing locations, cleanliness and comfort, Hilton has been my choice for business and personal travel for years.
During that time, summer trips to the beach became a yearly tradition for my family. Although we ventured up and down the coast of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, staying at various hotels, Anderson Ocean Club, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club quickly became our favorite resort for its location to the beach and nearby attractions.
When Anderson Ocean Club became a part of the Hilton Grand Vacations portfolio, I became curious about membership and the other properties in Myrtle Beach, including Ocean 22, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club and Ocean Enclave, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club. My family fell in love with each of them for different amenities but I was sure I couldn’t afford membership. Once I attended a sales presentation and took a closer look, I found out I was wrong.
The flexibility of membership options was one thing I wish I knew about Hilton Grand Vacation Club. There were “every year” membership plans as well as “every other year” membership plans. When my family and I started our membership, I chose an every-other-year plan before I upgraded to an every-year plan in 2024.
In addition to the membership’s flexibility, the perks and promotions available are great. I often visit the HGV mobile app to view promotions available for discounted rates at new locations and open season availability for locations I visit often. Using these perks, I’ve been able to book some amazing getaways for my family.
My Hilton Grand Vacation Club membership is based at Parc Soleil, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Orlando and I can choose to use my points at that club or anywhere. I’ve used them for vacations in Myrtle Beach, Orlando, Las Vegas and more.
