- All persons attending the events may be asked to submit to inspection (including metal detection) of their person and property before entering the events.
- Bags must be clear plastic or vinyl and cannot be tinted with color or include oversize content that prevents visibility into the clear bag. Totes and backpacks cannot be larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and handbags or fanny packs cannot be larger than 6” X 9”. Diaper bags are permitted when accompanied by an infant and are subject to search.

Ticket package dates and inclusions vary by HGV Ultimate Access package purchased. In order to participate in these packages (valued between $500–$3,500), Members and their Guests must attend a 60-minute timeshare sales presentation on the date specified for the package purchased. If you do not attend the presentation, the retail value of the full HGV Ultimate Access package may be charged to your credit card. Please note that lost or misplaced credentials can’t be replaced. Guest are solely responsible for the security and control of their credentials to the event.
There will be no transportation back to the resorts until all races have finished. If Guests would like to leave earlier, they’ll be responsible for finding their own transportation back to their accommodations. Due to severe impact of road closures because of the race, we can’t guarantee an exact time of return.
