Ticket package dates and inclusions vary by package purchased. Tickets:

ALL tickets will be in the form of digital tickets and will be distributed the days leading up to the event. You will need to have a Ticketmaster account in order to receive them. **You will receive your digital tickets upon arrival at the event check-in desk. Further details will be communicated closer to the event.**

Transportation:

We have roundtrip transportation provided from the hotel to the track. We will have one scheduled departure time to the racetrack and one trip leaving at the end of the race. **Your event host will confirm your most accurate transportation departure times closer to the event.**

What to Expect at the Track:

We will arrive as a group to the track via private transportation, and you will have the opportunity to explore the track, the midway and the fan zone at your leisure. Please note as Daytona International Speedway® is the second-largest NASCAR® track, there is a lot of ground to cover, so please ensure you wear comfortable walking shoes. We cannot guarantee golf cart shuttles, so if you would like to bring a scooter or wheelchair, they are permitted inside the track. We can provide options for rentals as well. You will be hosted in an HGV-exclusive suite with seating, air conditioning and hospitality. The High Banks suite has indoor and outdoor seating, and the Midway suite will be indoors with outdoor seating.

Food & Beverage:

There will be two buffet meal offerings. The first will be served one hour prior to the race start, and the second will be served one hour post-race start. Beverage options including beer, wine, soda and water will be provided throughout the event. The food and beverage options in the High Banks suite will be the same as the Midway suite.

What to Wear & Bring:

Florida weather can be unpredictable, especially during the summer months. A light rain jacket and sunscreen could be useful, along with additional layers if you tend to get cold. Please see the attached prohibited and permitted items for any further questions.
