Sunrise Lodge by Hilton Grand Vacations is a Park City timeshare resort with ski-in/ski-out access at the base of the Sunrise lift at Canyons Resort. Spacious studios with kitchenettes and 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, and balconies, terraces or patios

Effective January 26, 2021, the CDC is requiring air passengers ages 2 and up to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test collected within 3 days before boarding a plane to the United States. Effective June 27, 2020, everyone in Summit County, Utah, will be required to wear face coverings while in any public space, indoors or outdoors, except when eating or drinking, among other exceptions. All resort guests must wear a face covering when not in their room. On-site amenities may be impacted due to COVID-19. Before traveling, please confirm with your hotel about available services and any updates on local rules or restrictions that may be in place. We greatly appreciate your patience during this time.

  1. Studios

    Size: 380 sq. ft. Accommodates: 2 guests
    Cozy studios are furnished with a queen-size bed and a TV and feature a separate bathroom with a standard tub/shower combination. The kitchenette offers a small refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and coffeemaker. Some units also include a separate sitting area, vaulted ceiling, fireplace and burner top. Select units include a balcony.

  2. 1-Bedroom Suites

    Size: 880 sq. ft. Accommodates: 4 guests
    Spacious 1-bedroom/1- or 2-bathroom suites feature a master bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed and master bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. Second bathrooms have a shower only. The suite includes a generous living room with a separate dining area, queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, and open balcony, as well as a stackable washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Select units include a balcony and vaulted ceilings. Please note that some units of this type have stairs.

  3. 2-Bedroom Suites

    Size: 1,150-1,290 sq. ft. Accommodates: 6 guests
    Generous 2-bedroom suites feature a master bedroom with king- or queen-size bed and master bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. The second bedroom includes a king- or two queen-size bed, and the second and third bathrooms (available in some units) have a standard shower/tub combination. This suite offers a generous living room with gas fireplace, separate dining area, queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, and open balcony, along with a stackable washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Please note that some units have stairs.

  4. 3-Bedroom Suites

    Size: 1,520-2,220 sq. ft. Accommodates: 8 guests
    Spacious 3-bedroom suites feature a master bedroom furnished with a king- or queen-size bed and master bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. The two other bedrooms are furnished with either a king- or two queen-size beds, and the other bathrooms (most units have three bathrooms, some have four) offer a standard tub and shower combination or large tub with separate shower. This suite includes a generous living room with separate dining area, gas fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, TV, and open balcony, as well as a stackable washer/dryer unit and fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Please note that most units of this type have stairs.

  5. 4-Bedroom Suites

    Size: 2,480-2,490 sq. ft. Accommodates: 10 guests
    Spacious 4-bedroom/5-bathroom suites feature a master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and master bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. The other bedrooms are furnished with either one king- or two queen-size beds, and the other bathrooms offer a standard tub and shower combination. This suite includes a generous living room with separate dining area, gas fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, TV, and open balcony, as well as a stackable washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Some units have vaulted ceilings.

  • Park City Mountain has advised that reservations are required starting on opening day for on-mountain access during the 2020–2021 ski season. To learn more about the pass holder reservation system, visit www.parkcitymountain.com. 

    • Our friendly bell staff will assist you with transporting your luggage to your room.
    • Have a special request? Let us know and we’ll make every effort to make your stay special.
    • Our resort sits amidst the Wasatch Mountains at an altitude of 7,000 feet. If you’re arriving from a low-elevation destination, staying well-hydrated prior to your arrival and during your stay will help you acclimatize to the change in altitude.

    • The Canyons Village Master Plan project is currently under development in the area. Roadways and walkways surrounding the resort may change until development concludes. The surrounding area might also experience construction noise at times. Please follow the signage leading to and from the resort.     • Pets are not permitted at the resort. Service animals are welcome.

    We offer valet parking for nightly fee (complimentary for Club Members). If you don’t have a car, Uber and Lyft services are available between Salt Lake City Airport and the resort. Please note that our garage is unable to accommodate vehicles taller than 7’6”.
