There’s more than one way to hold on to your points

Hilton Grand Vacations gives you several ways to hold on to your unused ClubPoints, so you never miss the chance to make travel memories. You can save them for future use, deposit them with RCI® Exchange, apply them towards Home and Club Resort reservations or use them to book travel services. Here’s a breakdown to help you decide which option can work best for you.

Save Your Points Online

Avoid the end-of-year rush and busy phone lines by saving or extending your points through our Club Member website.

First, log in to your Member Dashboard on the Hilton Grand Vacations' Club Member website. Under the Manage My Points section, you’ll have the option to save this year’s unused points. Roll your Saved Points into the following year’s balance and start planning your next vacation.

Consider Your Future Travel Plans

Think about your vacation dreams and plans for the next few years. If you’ll be traveling within the next 12 months, it makes sense to apply your points towards a Hilton Grand Vacations resort or an RCI Exchange reservation. If don’t have any travel plans for the year, consider depositing your unused points with RCI. This allows you to extend the life of your points by two full calendar years — and lets you choose from more than 4,200 affiliated resorts in 110 countries around the world.

Determine How Many Points You Need

Let’s say it’s the end of the year and you still have unused points in your account. If you aren’t sure whether to save them or deposit them with RCI, find out if your remaining points balance is enough to cover a quick getaway. You can book a shorter stay at a Hilton Grand Vacations resort in the off-season. You can also combine your remaining points with your annual allotment to add an extra night or two to an upcoming stay.

Insider tip: You can’t use your points if they expire — but you can always extend unused points into the next year if you need more time to plan.

Connect With A Club Counselor

While saving your points online is easy and convenient, many Members prefer to speak with someone directly. That’s why our Club Counselors are available to help you manage your ClubPoints and answer all your questions.

If you decide to make the call and connect with a Club Counselor, here are a few quick tips to keep in mind:

  • Have your account number and security answers handy.
  • Think about how you’d like to extend your points before calling so the Club Counselor can best assist you.
  • Take advantage of the callback option. It will hold your spot in the queue and a Club Counselor will call you back as soon as possible.

The more you travel with Hilton Grand Vacations, the more you’ll understand how points work — and how to maximize them.
