We remain dedicated to providing a clean and safe environment for our Owners, Guests and Team Members. That’s why, as the COVID-19 pandemic evolved, so did our focus to further evolve our standards of cleanliness at our resorts worldwide. HGV’s Enhanced Care Guidelines with Hilton CleanStay™ incorporate several steps to ensure our Owners and Guests feel confident as they think about their arrival and enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay from check-in to check-out.

We’ve created a focus on cleanliness that’s visible throughout your stay – in your guest room and around property in restaurants, fitness centers and other public spaces. When you’re vacationing with us, we’ll keep the property clean and sanitized, so you can create unforgettable experiences.

 

High Standards of Hospitality Focused on You

    • Near touchless check-in areas with helpful social distancing signage, clear partitions creating a safe distance between Guests and front desk team, bell staff with face coverings, plus complimentary face coverings, sanitizing wipes and hand liquids for your convenience. We ask that Owners and Guests follow local and state regulations as it relates to face coverings and CDC requirements. HGV Team Members will continue to wear face coverings indoors out of an abundance of caution and maintain six feet of social distancing. For details, visit the Travel Updates web page.  
    • Frequent and thorough cleaning of all high-traffic areas, including lobbies, check-in counters, pool and lounge spaces, fitness centers and food and beverage areas.

    • Room seals on every suite and studio certifying that your room hasn’t been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned.
    • Extra disinfection using EPA-approved COVID-19 cleaning solutions in high-touch areas, including light switches, door handles, TV remotes, thermostats, bathrooms, safes, kitchen appliances, cutlery, glassware, dishes and more. 
    • Reduction of paper items, including guest directories, magazines and printed promotional items supplemented with digital options to limit your exposure. 
    • Housekeeping services for our rental guests are now aligned with the traditional housekeeping service we provide our Owners, allowing rental guests to enjoy the same relaxed, less-intrusive vacation experience. As such, all rental guests will now receive housekeeping services after the third night of occupancy.

     

    • Protective equipment is available to Guests in our properties, including face coverings and hand sanitizer. We ask that Owners and Guests follow local and state regulations as it relates to face coverings and CDC requirements.     • Social distancing practices implemented throughout our properties, including clear signage directing you and our Team Members to keep a safe distance. 
    • Pool decks, lounges and fitness centers with social distancing capacity limits, closed multiple times a day for cleaning.
    • Restaurants, bars and marketplaces with pre-packaged options and more frequent sanitization of dining areas where applicable.
    • Guest-accessible sanitizing stations with wipes and hand sanitizer located near primary entrances and key high-traffic areas such as elevators where applicable.
    • Evaluation of innovative disinfection technologies such as electronic sprayers, which use an electrostatically charged disinfecting mist and ultraviolet lights to sanitize surfaces and objects.

     

    • Enhanced training for all Team Members on the proper use of EPA-approved disinfection chemicals and cleaning protocols to ensure your protection. 
    • Personal Protective Equipment provided and HGV Team Members will continue to wear face coverings indoors out of an abundance of caution and maintain six feet of social distancing.
