Accident
If you are involved in, or witness an accident at the resort, immediately inform a team member. Or call reception by dialing 174.
Accommodations
Guests are advised to store valuables in the safe provided in their accommodations. Safe cards are available at reception.
The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Disposal boxes for syringes or medical waste can be provided upon request.
Lock doors when leaving the apartment.
Ensure stovetops and ovens are turned off.
Be aware of wet floors as they may present a slip hazard.
Only allow individuals known to you, or staff with name tags, into your apartment. If uncertain, please contact reception (Tel. 174).
Maximum Occupancy
Please ensure that the maximum occupancy of your accommodation is not exceeded, in accordance with property guidelines.
Children
Children should be supervised at all times, particularly in areas near water, roads or balconies. The pool and leisure area are to be used only when an adult is present.
Access and Anti-Social Behaviour
Access to accommodations and facilities is restricted to registered Members and Guests. Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

EV Charging and Electric Bicycles/Scooters
An EV (Energie Steiermark) charging station is located in front of reception. The charger indicates costs and further instructions.
With regards to electric scooters and bicycles, Members and Guests are required to ensure they have adequate insurance for the vehicles. The resort does not accept any liability.
Electricity
The electricity supply at the resort operates at 220 V. The fuse box for each room is located near the entrance. In the event of a general power outage, an emergency generator will automatically engage to provide essential lighting to the entire property. Should power not be restored to your room, please contact reception for further assistance.
After Hours Access
The resort’s main doors are open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. After hours, please use your key card or ring the reception doorbell. If you still can’t enter, please call the emergency number posted at the entrance.

Entrance Doors
The resort entrance doors are open from 07:00 until 23:00 (7 a.m. until 11 p.m.). To open the front door after 23:00 (11 p.m.), use your accommodation key card or ring the doorbell located at the right-hand side of the Reception building entrance.
First Aid
First aid kits and a defibrillator are available at Reception. Please note we are not able to give any medication to guests.
Fire Safety and Alarms
In the event of a fire:
Remain calm.
Notify reception immediately (Tel. 174).
Exit the room, ensuring doors and windows are closed if possible.
Do not use elevators.
Proceed directly to the designated assembly point.
If the escape route is inaccessible, stay inside the room and seal door gaps with wet towels.
In case of clothing catching fire, remember: Stop – Drop – Roll.
Our smoke and heat detectors send a silent alarm to reception if smoke is detected. They are highly sensitive. Do not leave kitchen appliances unattended, always use the extractor hood when cooking and open windows promptly if smoke develops.
Please note:
A €600 fee applies if the fire service is called to the property for non-emergencies.
Your accommodation may be accessed during alarms without prior notice.
BBQs
Barbecuing is permitted only with prior approval and must be supervised by our staff. To use a barbecue, please contact reception for information regarding the relevant guidelines.
Medical Assistance
EU citizens are eligible for care using the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).
Non-EU citizens are advised to consult with their travel insurance provider.
If you are not an EU citizen, you will need to refer to your travel insurance.
Refurbishments
We are always making improvements to enhance your holiday experience. Please be aware that some areas, accommodation or facilities may be undergoing refurbishment during your stay with us, however we will strive to keep disruption as minimal as possible.
Safe
To help keep your valuable possessions safe and secure, a safe is provided in each accommodation for the storage of any personal items. Please pick up your accommodation-specific safe card from Reception. The resort is not responsible for any missing, lost or stolen personal items.
