On September 8, 2020, when Hilton Grand Vacations Loss Prevention Director Ivan Melians was wrapping up his day at Las Palmeras in Orlando, Florida, the unexpected happened.  

Melians quickly jumped into action. Delivering 11 minutes of continued chest compressions. Mr. Barakat is now recovering as his family stays close by at Las Palmeras.
