The Hawaiian Islands announced that inter-island travel is resuming as part of the Safe Travels Program, which now includes vaccine passports.
"The state's vaccine passport program for inter-island travel begins Tuesday, May 11. Only those who are fully vaccinated and who were vaccinated in the Hawaiian Islands are eligible to participate in the program."
