There will be no transportation back to the resorts until all races have finished. If Guests would like to leave earlier, they’ll be responsible for finding their own transportation back to their accommodations. Due to severe impact of road closures because of the race, we can’t guarantee an exact time of return.

Content Release: You agree that Hilton Grand Vacations (“HGV”) may capture, and permit the capture of, photographic/audio/visual material of you and your family members and guests during the event (“content”), which shall be owned by HGV. HGV may forever have the right to use, market or allow third parties to use the content royalty-free in any manner. HGV shall have a perpetual right to display, edit, revise, distribute or make derivative works of any content and utilize your image and likeness, and the image or likeness of any of your family members or guests, incidental to any live or recorded television transmission or reproduction in whole or in part. Hilton Grand Vacations is not liable for any third-party media stories, imagery or news shared surrounding or relating to HGV or the event.
