Please note, due to increasing energy costs, Guests at The Kenmore Club from 1 January 2023 forward will be charged a per-night fee for the use of electricity based on the size of the accommodation. The estimated fee for electricity is currently: £10 per night for a 1-Bedroom Apartment, £15 per night for a 2-Bedroom Apartment and £16 per night for a 3-Bedroom Apartment. Please note the estimated fees for electricity are subject to change. The fee for electricity will be charged at check-in.
The Requirements: All travel dates are subject to availability. You must have completed your booking by 3 December 2023 to use this promotion.
The minimum length of stay required to take advantage of the promotion will be either 2 nights or 3 nights and will vary depending on the resort and date of
travel. Our booking engine will prompt you to let you know if you have not met the minimum length of stay requirements.
Promotion Restrictions: This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer discounts and cannot be applied to prior reservations. Discounts
detailed below are of the Best Available Rates* (defined below). Offer not valid on group bookings. For group bookings of five (5) or more accommodation,
please submit a group travel request here.

*Best Available Rate: The Best Available Rate is a dynamic rate type that varies depending on the time of booking and the available rate plan and is subject to
change on a daily basis. The Best Available Rate is the rate displayed on the website but excludes discounted or negotiated rates not available to the general
public, including, but not limited to, membership, corporate, government, promotional offers, group, packages, unpublished or rates only available on auction
websites.
How is the discount applied? The discount, at the time of booking, will be available on the cheapest rate that appears on the website, which will be ONE of the

FLEXI RATE (pay on arrival)
Payment: A debit or credit card is required at the time of booking. Full payment for this reservation is due upon arrival at the resort. Payment will be taken in the local currency of the resort; please be aware that your bank may charge you a transaction fee
Cancellation: Cancellation or amendments of the reservation are permitted up until 16:00 local time of the resort, 7 days prior to the arrival date. If you cancel
the reservation after this time or fail to check-in, then the full cost of the reservation will be charged to the debit or credit card provided when booking.
ADVANCE FLEXI RATE (pay on arrival)
Payment: A debit or credit card is required at the time of booking. Full payment for this reservation is due upon arrival at the resort. Payment will be taken in
the local currency of the resort; please be aware that your bank may charge you a transaction fee
Cancellation: Cancellation or amendments of the reservation are permitted up until 16:00 local time of the resort, 30 days prior to the arrival date. If you cancel the reservation after this time or fail to-check-in, then the full cost of the reservation will be charged to the debit or credit card provided when booking.
SAVER RATE (pay at time of booking)
Payment: A debit or credit card is required at the time of booking. Full payment for this reservation will be charged immediately once booked. Payment will be taken in the local currency of the resort; please be aware that your bank may charge you a transaction fee.
Cancellation: No amendments are permitted on this rate plan. If you cancel the reservation at any time or fail to check-in, then no refund is due to you and full
payment of this reservation will be retained.
Withdrawing/amending this offer: : We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer and/or these Black Friday Offer Terms and Conditions at any time
prior to you confirming a booking and you should therefore check them each time you make a booking using this promotion. The terms and conditions that

Which laws apply: This promotion is governed by the laws of Florida and you can bring a claim against us in the courts of Florida. As a consumer, you will
benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms, including this clause, affects your rights as a
consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
The resort will require a valid credit/debit card to charge a refundable security deposit of £/€100 per apartment. Please be reminded that guests who are unable to provide the deposit will not gain entry to the apartment.
