NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. BY ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
By participating in the Hilton Grand Vacations Jackpot Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), entrants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of Hilton Resorts Corporation d/b/a Hilton Grand Vacations (the "Sponsor") and TapText, LLC. (the “Sweepstakes Administrator”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The Hilton Grand Vacations Jackpot Sweepstakes begins on January 15, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 31, 2027 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
The Sweepstakes Period consists of twelve (12) monthly entry periods (each, a “Monthly Entry Period” and collectively, the “Monthly Entry Periods”) wherein one (1) “Monthly Prize” (as defined below) will be awarded at the conclusion of each Monthly Entry Period from among all eligible entries received as of the end of the corresponding Monthly Entry Period, as described herein. The first Monthly Entry Period will take place from January 15, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM (ET) to February 28, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM (ET). Subsequent Monthly Entry Periods begin on the first day of each calendar month during the Sweepstakes Period at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and end on the last day of the corresponding calendar month at 11:59:59 PM (ET). Additionally, at the end of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in a random drawing (the “Grand Prize Drawing”) from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period, as described herein.
Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, located at 6355 Metrowest Blvd., Orlando FL, 32835, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY: Only legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, who are twenty-five (25) years of age or older are eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Hilton Resorts Corporation, Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., TapText LLC and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, promotional, fulfillment, or any advertising or other agencies or suppliers involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter, You must be a Hilton Honors member to win. HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to earn entries into the Sweepstakes.
- Entry method #1: Online with Mobile Phone. You must use a mobile phone to enter via this method of entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, go to https://www.hiltongrandvacations.com/lp/sweepstakes (the “Website”). At the Website, follow the onscreen instructions to spin the wheel to receive fifty (50) entries. Then register on the Website by entering your mobile phone number. Sponsor will then text the full registration information needed to your mobile phone number. Complete and submit the registration form as directed to receive the number of entries noted in your wheel spin into the Monthly Entry Period drawing corresponding to the date of entry and all subsequent Monthly Entry Period drawings and into the Grand Prize Drawing. All requested information on the entry form at the Website must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry.
- Entry method #2: Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) Online without a Mobile Phone and/or Location Visit. To enter without a mobile phone or location visit, go to hgvsweepstakesamoe.com, complete the entry form with the information requested, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry to receive fifty (50) entries into the Monthly Entry Period drawing corresponding to the date of entry and all subsequent Monthly Entry Period drawings and into the Grand Prize Drawing. All requested information on the entry form at the Website must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry.
- Bonus Entries. At the conclusion of your entry via Entry Method #1 or #2 above, the Sponsor will offer one (1) or more opportunities to earn additional entries (“Bonus Entries”). The initial Bonus Entries opportunity will offer you the option to opt-in to receive marketing messages from Sponsor via email and text. You will then be sent a toll-free number to call to validate your entry information. You will receive the Bonus Entries opportunities via email at the email address associated with your entry and/or to the mobile telephone number associated with your entry. You will receive bonus entries into the Grand Prize Drawing once you have called and validated your entry information. You do not need to remain opted-in to email marketing and/or text messaging messages to remain eligible for the Sweepstakes. Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor may offer additional Bonus Entries opportunities, at its discretion. Once you completed the Bonus Entries process as instructed, you will be invited to hear about Hilton Grand Vacations vacation package offerings. You do not have to listen or stay on the line after validating your entry information in order to receive your Bonus Entries. You will receive Bonus Entries for each Bonus Entries opportunity you complete throughout the Sweepstakes Period. There is No Purchase Necessary to participate in and/or receive Bonus Entries. You will receive an equal number of Bonus Entries as others utilizing the same Bonus Entry method.
Limit of fifty (50) entries per person per the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry, and twenty-five (25) Bonus Entries per person for each Bonus Entry opportunity completed by an entrant as provided by the Sponsor, throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

All entries must be received in accordance with the deadlines stated herein in order to participate. The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for online entries in this Sweepstakes. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about the 7th of each month following a Monthly Entry Period, one (1) potential Monthly Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received as of the end of the corresponding Monthly Entry Period. On or about February 5, 2027, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The potential prize winners will be notified by mobile phone number and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Potential winners will be required to execute, have notarized and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, an IRS W-9 Form and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release within seventy-two (72) hours from time of initial notification from Sponsor (or shorter time if required by exigencies). If such documents are not returned within the specified time-period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of each prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If a potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected. Non-winning Monthly Entries will automatically rollover into subsequent Monthly Entry Periods and into the Grand Prize Drawing. The odds of winning a Monthly Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received as of the end of the corresponding Monthly Entry Period. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZES:
One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a deluxe vacation package to winner’s choice of Hawaii, Las Vegas, or Orlando for seven (7) nights for up to two (2) people (winner and one (1) guest) (“Trip”). Trip includes round-trip economy class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from a major airport (selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor) near winner’s residence, Hilton deluxe accommodations in the destination city (one (1) room, double occupancy), $1,000 spending money for the winner only, one-week car rental and destination-based gift (i.e. events/tours/tickets/cruises/etc.; determined by Sponsor – ARV up to $1,000), and 2,000,000 Hilton Honors Points. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $18,600. Grand Prize winner will have the option to accept $10,000 as an alternative to the Trip.
Winner and their guest must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including a valid Real ID. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and may not be valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. If the closest airport to a prize winner’s home is in close enough proximity to prize destination city so that, as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion, a flight is unnecessary, such prize winner will receive alternate transportation from the Sponsor with no further obligation to the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to structure the travel route and select hotels in its sole discretion. Car rental portion of Grand Prize is subject to winner (and/or their guest) qualifying for the use of the rental car according to the terms and conditions of the designated rental car company. In the event a winner (and/or their guest) does not qualify for use of rental car, Sponsor reserves the right to provide alternate ground transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion and within the Grand Prize budget or to not award this portion of the Grand Prize. Winner is required to provide a major credit card for car rental.
Twelve (12) Monthly Prize are available (one (1) per Monthly Entry Period). Each Monthly Prize consists of three (3) nights Hilton Hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at any participating Hilton location in the continental United States (excludes Hawaii and New York), 250,000 Hilton Honors points; and $500 spending money for the winner only (“Vacation Package”). The ARV of each Monthly Prize is $1,825. Monthly winners will have the option to accept $1,000 as an alternative to Vacation Package.
FOR ALL PRIZES: Travel/accommodations must be completed by January 31, 2028. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Winners’ guests must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older at the time of Entry and must sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to ticketing of the prize. ARV may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV in these Official Rules. In the event winner and/or their guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send winner and/or their guest home with no further compensation. No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if a prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize is not assignable, transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility
All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual retail value of the prize received. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize.
GENERAL: Acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use prize winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, where permitted by law, without further compensation. Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities to the extent permissible by law (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. However, nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude the Sweepstakes Entities' liability for death or personal injury causes by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not, as a matter of law, be limited or excluded.
Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen entries or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding a prize or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree, to the extent allowed by applicable law, that any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees. These rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.
By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Sweepstakes Rules including, without limitation, the following mandatory arbitration and waiver of class action and jury trial provisions:
A. MANDATORY ARBITRATION. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree all disputes, claims, actions, questions or differences ("Disputes") brought by or on behalf of you against Sponsor and any of its marketing partners, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, managers, members, or employees, which in any way whatsoever relates to or arises out of this promotion and specifically including but not limited to the marketing, offering, acquisition, sale or use of a package to a Sponsor’s resort destination area, shall be resolved through binding and final arbitration in Orange County, Florida, before a single arbitrator, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules ("Rules") of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. Except as to the applicability and validity of Section B below, the Arbitrator, and not any court or agency, shall have the exclusive authority to resolve any dispute or issue of arbitrability with respect to this Section A, including as to the jurisdiction of the Arbitrator or relating to the scope, validity, enforceability, or performance of this Section A. This Section A shall be governed and enforced under the Federal Arbitration Act (the "FAA"), 9 U.S.C. § 1, et seq., and, to the extent that it does not conflict with the FAA, the Revised Florida Arbitration Code, Fla. Stat. § 682.01, et seq.
B. WAIVER OF CLASS, COLLECTIVE, AND REPRESENTATIVE CLAIMS. Except as otherwise required by law: (i) class, collective, and representative action procedures shall not be asserted, and shall not apply, in any arbitration pursuant to Section A above; (ii) no class, collective, or representative action claims shall be asserted in arbitration by you against the Sponsor or their marketing partners, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, managers, members, or employees, (each of whom may rely upon and enforce the terms of this Section B); and (iii) you shall not seek to represent the interests of any other promotion entrant or purchaser of a vacation package to a Sponsor resort destination area or a vacation ownership plan interest in arbitration or any other type of proceeding. The Arbitrator shall have no jurisdiction or authority to compel or permit any class, collective, or representative claim in arbitration, to consolidate different arbitration proceedings, or to join any other party to any arbitration.
C. WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL. You understand that, pursuant to Sections A and B above, you are giving up any rights to a trial by jury with respect to all Disputes, and to appeal or otherwise seek judicial review of any award determined pursuant to the herein described arbitration procedures, except as provided by applicable law.
Additionally, you agree not to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages and further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, such exclusions may not apply to you.
WINNERS’ LIST: Any legally required winners’ list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Hilton Grand Vacations Jackpot Sweepstakes Winners, PO Box 654, Social Circle, GA 30025-0654. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
THIS MATERIAL IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING TIMESHARE OWNERSHIP INTERESTS IN HILTON GRAND VACATIONS RESORTS. THE COMPLETE OFFERING TERMS ARE IN AN OFFERING PLAN AVAILABLE FROM THE SPONSOR.
