Once you've purchased your package, our team will be in touch to help you select your preferred travel dates for your upcoming vacation. A confirmed reservation may be rescheduled up to 30 days prior to arrival for a charge of $19.95. If you need to change your reservation dates within 14 days or less of your arrival date, the equivalent of one night’s stay at the currently published rack rate will be applied to the cost of the package.

Our packages are offered at a significant discount to give you the opportunity for a Personal Preview to explore our distinctive resort collection and experience firsthand our spacious condominium-style accommodations, spectacular amenities, and the quality service you expect with the Hilton name.

Your Hilton Head package includes accommodations at Hampton Inn Hilton Head or Hilton Garden Inn Hilton Head. In Myrtle Beach, your vacation package includes accommodations at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach Broadway at the Beach, or the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront. Accommodations are subject to availability based on your travel dates.

You will receive your Hilton Honors Points following the conclusion of your Personal Preview. Please allow six to eight weeks for Hilton Honors Points to be deposited into your account. You must be a member of Hilton Honors to earn Hilton Honors Points. Hilton Honors Points do not count toward tier qualification.

During your vacation, you'll attend a Personal Preview, an approximately two-hour sales presentation and tour that will introduce you to the many benefits and privileges of vacation ownership with Hilton Grand Vacations. If you are traveling on a vacation package, your Personal Preview will be scheduled when you book your travel dates, typically the day after your arrival.

There is absolutely no obligation to purchase a Hilton Grand Vacations ownership interest.

Although you may travel together, they may not participate in your Personal Preview, as we tailor the presentation to your personal vacation interests. Please refer to the Accommodation Details section of the Details of Participation for specifics about your vacation package.

If you are married or cohabitating and combining income, the couple is required to visit and attend the Personal Preview together, except where prohibited by law.

Travel must be completed within 12 months from the date of your package purchase.
