Human Rights and Diversity

By nurturing our diverse base of team members and creating an inclusive culture, we're able to connect with our family of Owners and Guests authentically.

Taking Social Responsibility Wherever We Go

We value and respect everyone’s fundamental human rights. As a company focused on serving our team members, owners and guests with dignity and respect, upholding and safeguarding the rights of those we work with and for is foundational to our business.

The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights is the cornerstone of our human rights policies and procedures. We promote our pledge to protect the quality and dignity of human life through everything we do, including internal policies, team member training and expecting the same commitment to ethical practices from our suppliers.

Human Trafficking

With the guidance of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and leading anti-trafficking organizations such as ECPAT and Polaris, we developed a training program that empowers team members worldwide to identify, report and work toward ending human trafficking.

Diversity and Inclusion

We strive to make our owners and guests feel at home wherever they are in the world. And that means hiring the right people, from all walks of life. As an equal opportunity employer, recruiting and nurturing the best and brightest talent ensures we deliver the best experiences for everyone who stays with us. Beyond our resorts, we believe diversity and inclusion, and the unique world view it provides is paramount to the collective human experience.

Empowering Suppliers

We seek out qualified, competitive and diverse suppliers and hold them to the same high standards we set for ourselves. That means just as we follow the laws and customs of every region where we operate, every time. We expect our suppliers to embody the same level of brand integrity. Moreover, we require that they condemn discrimination, harassment or retaliation against any individual or group based on ethnic, gender, racial, religious or cultural factors or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
