Kings´ Land
The newest Hilton Grand Vacations Club Resort on the Kohala Coast, Kings´ Land, will offer expansive fairway views and stunning Big Island panoramas. Carved out of an ancient lava field, this 112 acre oasis occupies a superb location directly between two of Hawaii's finest golf courses, the Kings Course and the Beach Course and features magnificent views of the Kings´ Course to one direction, the majestic Mauna Kea with its world-renowned observatories to another and dazzling tropical sunsets over the Pacific Ocean.
Anticipated to have its first 42 villas complete this fall, with an additional 40 opening in December, 2008 and more in 2009, guests of the resort also enjoy access to the restaurants, boutiques, beaches and water recreation at the nearby Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort. In this spectacular region of Hawaii, perpetually sunny skies, dramatic vistas and world-class amenities combine to create one of the world's most desirable vacation destinations.
With the current phase of Kings´ Land nearly complete – the first of six planned development phases – the project´s 33,000 square-foot Clubhouse will feature a great room atmosphere in the tradition of the Hawaí i Ohana as a family gathering spot. Special attention has been paid to the amenities which are available to all ages from the proposed Keiki Club to the technologically advanced game room for teens and the young at heart. There will be an owners´ club, a spa and fitness room, an open-air lanai reception area, a super pool with children and adult specific areas and gourmet deli.
Additionally Kings´ Land´s Clubhouse has applied for certification through LEED® – Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – a certification program from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The Council is a non-profit organization committed to expanding sustainable building practices. Its mission is to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy, and prosperous environment that improves the quality of life.
